（中央社記者葉素萍台北6日電）民進黨總統參選人蔡英文今天說，神明照顧百姓，就像世間政府照顧人民一樣，但是「若政府失靈時，燒再多的金紙也沒用」；政治的目的應該要追求大眾的幸福，不是個人政治評價。

蔡英文晚間出席全國道教後援會成立大會，親自授旗。

她致詞時說，生活裡面，事事都有神明在顧，神明照顧百姓，就像世間政府照顧人民一樣，但是政府與人民還有很多不一樣的地方，「我們對神明求什麼，只要有誠心，通常會得到神明應許，但是若政府失靈時，燒再多的金紙也沒用」。

蔡英文說，她講的就是執政黨之前很多內部明爭暗鬥，也是講明天將在新加坡舉行的馬習會。她並不反對在尊嚴、對等的情況下，跟對岸對談，但是，攸關國家未來發展的重大決策都應該充分跟人民討論，充分被國會監督，才符合民主程序、符合人民期待。

她也說，選舉的主軸應該回到人民關心的事情，政治的目的應該要追求大眾的幸福，不是個人的政治評價。1041106
