士林地檢署偵辦八仙樂園塵爆案，昨天下午以證人身分再傳喚新北市政府觀光旅遊局吳姓科員，調查八仙將游泳池水抽乾辦趴，是否已違反規定。據了解，吳員證稱，園方違法變更營業項目，抽乾泳池出租場地辦趴，涉有違失，檢方訊後請回。

據了解，觀光旅遊局吳姓科員向檢方表示，八仙樂園登記的營業項目，全是水域設施，沒想到，園方違法變更營業項目，抽乾泳池出租場地辦趴，讓場所超額擠進遊客，無法及時疏散遊客，以致於塵爆造成重大傷亡，涉有違失。

此外，檢察官昨天也再傳喚被告瑞博國際行銷負責人周宏瑋，調查周是否真的實際參與舉辦彩色趴；據了解，周男辯稱，彩色趴的主辦人是玩色創意國際有限公司負責人呂忠吉，他只是協辦的公司，對於活動舉辦的方式和合約等均不了解，不清楚活動細節。

士檢發言人蘇佩鈺表示，檢方約談吳姓科員是為了釐清八仙是否違規出租場地等問題；而約談周宏瑋則是要釐清周男參與活動的程度。
