（中央社記者余曉涵台北2日電）環保署今天和內政部達成共識，決定中止區域計畫中經濟產業部分的政策環評。環保署說，相關內容不僅籠統，也是經濟部的主管範圍，才決議停止並由部門計畫的政策環評來取代。

行政院環境保護署今天召開全國區域計畫修正案（草案）「區域性產業發展計畫之經濟相關產業政策評估說明書」專案小組意見徵詢會議。

會中環保署副署長詹順貴說，行政院長林全提出的「106年度施政方針」中，有提到因應國土計畫法施行，增列涉及土地利用的部門計畫應辦政策環評，並簡化國土計畫實施後的環評審查程序；同時強化政策環評功能，並加強落實環評通過後的追蹤監督。

環保署也認為「區域性產業發展計畫之經濟相關產業政策評估說明書」屬於經濟部等其他部會主管權責，環評委員提出的產業用地需求、區位空間配置、總量管制、資源分配等意見，內政部不易具體回應說明，加上其內容較為籠統，無法太過詳細。

最後環保署與內政部達成共識，此案決定中止審查，建議相關內容循「國土計畫法涉及土地利用之部門計畫」辦理政策環評，由政策主管機關研提政策環評，將環境因素切實納入政策研擬考量，以具體匡列各產業上位政策指導規則，並納入後續開發行為規
