45歲林姓男子日前在網路新聞留言討論區寫下「現在新北也有1百多例」等不實登革熱疫情資訊，新北市刑大追查後，前天將林約談到案，他供稱「只是好意」；但林已觸犯傳染病防治法，恐面臨最高50萬元罰金。

新北市衛生局表示，9月10日接到民眾來電，詢問「新北真的有破百個登革熱病例嗎」；承辦人員滿頭霧水，強調新北當時僅51個病例，追問才知Yahoo奇摩網站某則新聞下方，有留言指新北有100多例登革熱病例，且引發討論。

衛生局上網尋找，發現某則登革熱疫情的新聞下方，有網友寫下「現在新北也有1百多例，是否也請朱立倫出來說明負責！」衛生局請警方追查，新北市刑大前天確認發文的林姓男子身分，將他約談到案。

偵訊時，林坦承發文，強調「只是好意」；他表示從台北市「40例中4個本土病例」的比例推算，認為新北市有15例本土病例，總病例數應有150人，才留言提醒，沒想到會觸法。警方昨天依傳染病防治法函送法辦。

衛生局表示，若有新病例，會第一時間在衛生局網站公布。
